On June 23, 2017 at 5:53 p.m., Hampton Township officers responded to Richland Road for a single vehicle accident. The vehicle was found to be over a hillside. The operator stated that they lost control of the vehicle while attempting to negotiate a curve in the roadway. The vehicle also caused property damage after striking a street sign and a swing set. It also caused damage to shrubs and a lawn. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
