On November 11, 2017 at 12:59 p.m., Hampton Township officers were dispatched to two different businesses on Route 8 after employees and customers reported an individual causing a disturbance within each establishment. The individual was said to be shouting obscenities and was asking other people strange questions. Officers encountered the individual in question in a business parking lot, and the individual appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Another involved person was found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
