On December 26, 2017 at 5:01 p.m., a Hampton Township officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle on Route 8 after observing a vehicle equipment violation. Upon contacting the vehicle occupants, the operator was found to have an active arrest warrant. Another passenger provided a false name and date of birth. During the traffic stop, the officer located drugs and paraphernalia.
