On November 8, 2014 at 10:14pm Officers were dispatched to a loud party on Grand Ave. Upon arrival Hampton Officers located several juveniles in the rear of a house on Grand Ave consuming alcohol. Several juveniles were issued citations for underage drinking and their parents were contacted. Also, the owners of the house will be charged by summons with providing alcohol to minors.
