On January 8, 2018 at 2:02 a.m., a Hampton Township officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle, on Route 8, after observing multiple traffic violations. Upon making contact with the operator, the officer detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The operator was found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
