On January 28, 2018 at 1:41 a.m., Hampton Township officers were dispatched to a business in the area of Route 8 and Duncan Avenue for a suspicious vehicle. The caller stated that the vehicle appeared to have someone passed out inside of it for approximately 30 minutes. The vehicle had left the scene just prior to the responding officer's arrival. An officer located the vehicle in question a short time later on Mount Royal Blvd. The officer observed multiple traffic violations and initiated a traffic stop. The officer detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle while speaking to the vehicle occupants. The operator was found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
