On November 15, 2014 at 1:48 am a suspicious vehicle was located behind Wyland Elementary School. The officer observed several juveniles run from the vehicle but he was able to detain 4 other juveniles. The officer determined that 2 of the juveniles were consuming alcohol and were cited for suspicion of Underage Drinking.
