On October 10, 2018 at 8:17 p.m., Hampton Township officers were dispatched to Richland Road for a two vehicle accident. Upon the officers arrival, they were advised that the operator of one vehicle was traveling south on Richland Road when the vehicle began to lose traction due to wet road conditions. The other driver, who was traveling north attempted to swerve to avoid the accident, but the two vehicles collided. There were no injuries reported at the time of the crash. Both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.
