On October 14, 2018 at 3:37 a.m., Hampton Township Police and Hampton Township Fire Department were dispatched to Harts Run Road for smoke that was reported to be emitting from a residence. Upon the officer's arrival, they observed smoke and fire coming from the residence. All occupants of the residence were already out of the building. Hampton Township officers remained on scene until the fire department got the fire under control.
