18-06 Windmont Farms Preliminary Planned Residential Development
The applicant is proposing to develop approximately 63 acres off of S. Pioneer Road as a Planned Residential Development (PRD) in an RB zoning district.
*Update 11/15/18* - The applicant has granted an extension and requested to be tabled off of Council's agenda for the month of November and December. The Public Hearing that was previously scheduled for November 14, 2018 has been rescheduled for the January 9, 2019 Council meeting.
This application will be reviewed by the Environmental Advisory Council on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 7:00 pm, by the Planning Commission on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 7:30 pm, and by Township Council on January 9, 2019 and January 23, 2019 at 7:30 pm. A public hearing will be held at the Council meeting on January 9, 2019 at 7:30 pm.
