On April 2, 2019 at 2:38 p.m., Hampton Township Police responded to Route 8 and McNeal Road for a two vehicle collision. There were no injuries reported at the time of the collision. Both involved vehicle sustained disabling damage and head to be towed from the scene. The accident occurred when one operator, who had been traveling west on McNeal Road, failed to stop at a steady red traffic signal, entered the intersection at Route 8 and struck the other vehicle.
