On January 1, 2020 at 4:04 p.m., Hampton Township Police responded to Wildwood Road for a single vehicle rollover accident. Upon the officer's arrival, they located the involved vehicle on the side of the roadway with both occupants still inside. The vehicle had also struck a utility pole, which had sheared it in half. A witness stated that the vehicle failed to negotiate a bend and continued straight off of the roadway and into the grass, where it struck a telephone pole and rolled onto it's side. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
