On January 31, 2020 at 1:40 p.m.,Hampton Township Police responded to East Hardies Road for a single vehicle accident. The involved operator stated that their attention diverted from the roadway, which resulted in the vehicle drifting off of the road. The vehicle struck a mailbox, as well as a utility pole guide wire. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene due to damage.
