On June 11, 2020 at 2:27 p.m., Hampton Township Police responded to Route 8 at Duncan Avenue for a single vehicle rollover accident. Upon their arrival, they located a vehicle laying on its passenger side with moderate damage. The operator was found to be inside the vehicle, while multiple passengers were out of the car. All involved occupants sustained injuries from the crash and were transported by ambulance. The crash was said to have occurred when the operator struck the curb and a guiderail with the vehicle, which caused it to turn over. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
