On August 10, 2020 at 10:37 p.m., a Hampton Township officer was traveling on East Hardies Road when they observed multiple traffic violations. A traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle in question, and the driver displayed visible signs of impairment. The operator submitted to field sobriety tests, which they failed to complete as had been explained and demonstrated. The driver was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. The operator was also found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.
