On December 1, 2020 at 6:44 p.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Hardt Road, at Wildwood Road, for a single vehicle rollover accident. Upon the officer's arrival, they located a a vehicle that had rolled off of the roadway and into a creek. The operator was able to self-extricate from the vehicle and was not injured. The operator stated that they were traveling south on Hardt Road when they hit a patch of ice. The vehicle struck rocks on the side of the roadway, causing the vehicle to overturn and fall into the creek. The vehicle had to be removed from the scene by a tow truck.
