On December 17, 2014 at 10:30 AM a Township resident called to report that 2 days ago she observed a strange male walking around outside of her sister's house and taking pictures. A neighbor indicated that she also saw the man. There was no vehicle in sight and the male was described as a tall, white male with dark hair and a beard. The caller was advised that if her sister sees the man again, she should immediately call 911.
