On December 16, 2020 at 1:28 p.m., Hampton Township Police responded to East Hardies Road for a single vehicle accident involving a utility pole. Upon arrival, the officer located the vehicle resting against a cracked utility pole. Duquesne Light Company was notified to respond to the scene. The accident occurred as a result of poor road conditions caused by heavy snow. The vehicle sustained heavy front end damage and was stuck in the snow, so it was towed from the scene.
