Hampton Township Council held their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, August 25th; actions from the meeting included:
- Renewed the Township's insurance policies with the HDH Group in the amount of $129,032
- Ratified the motion made at the July 28, 2021 Regular Meeting regarding the Peterbilt truck order for a 2022 Peterbilt in the amount of $210,486.20
- Adopted Resolution No. 1049 sustaining Council's approval of the Implementable Comprehensive Plan
- Adopted Resolution No. 1050 relating to the Laurel Woods sewer planning module
- Adopted Resolution No. 1051 amending the Comprehensive Fee Schedule to include the fee for a Domestic Chicken Permit
- Approved the request for release of funds from the improvements security for the Windmont Farms development
- Approval of a contract with Cohen Law Group through the North Hills COG for the preparation of a model "Small Cell Wireless" ordinance
- Approved the McGann/Andrews Drive Simple Subdivision (21-12) for property located at 4839 Andrews Drive
- Approved the 4020 Grand Avenue Lot Consolidation (21-13)
- Approved the Hampton Woodlands Subdivision/Lot Consolidation (21-14)
- Approved the St. Ursula Subdivision/Lot Consolidation (21-15)
