On October 30 at 4:57a.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to the area of William Flinn Highway, at the BP gas station, for a report of a single vehicle accident involving a deer. Upon arrival, officers located the vehicle off of the roadway and confirmed there were no injuries. The driver stated that they were traveling north on William Flinn Highway near Mount Royal Boulevard when a deer ran out into the roadway and they were unable to avoid the collision. The vehicle had moderate damage and was able to be driven from the scene.
