On May 18, 2022 at 8:25a.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Hemlock Drive and Hemlock Drive II for a single vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers located the vehicle resting against a stop sign. The accident occurred as the driver was traveling on Hemlock II Drive Towards Hemlock Drive when a deer ran in front of their vehicle. The vehicle swerved to miss the deer and this caused them to strike the stop sign as a result. The vehicle had minor damage and was able to be driven from the scene.
