On 07/05/2022 at 3:53 p.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Sample Road for a commercial building with smoke reported to be coming from the roof. The caller advised dispatch that there was no one in the building. Upon arrival, the responding officer observed smoke coming from the fascia on one side of the building. Multiple fire departments responded and quickly got the building under control.
