On 07/13/2022 at 3:50 p.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to assist Shaler Township Police with an erratic driver complaint that originated between Spencer Lane Extension and Butler Plank Road heading north on Route 8. The complainant stated to dispatchers that the driver of a white car/SUV with right side damage was driving very erratically, swerving and tailgating other cars. The complainant stated that they pulled over at the Get-Go and as the actor passed, they flipped her off. The complainant provided a registration plate for the vehicle in question. The responding officer was able to intercept the vehicle and observed multiple traffic violations. The vehicle's registration plate was discovered to be suspended. The officer initiated a traffic stop on Route 8. The driver was found to have an active arrest warrant and was found to be in possession of a suspected illegal substance.
