On 11/26/2022 at 01:13 a.m., a Hampton Township officer observed an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of a closed park. Upon reaching the vehicle in question, the officer smelled the odor of marijuana emanating from the inside of the vehicle. The vehicle was occupied at the time, and during the encounter, the occupants were found to be in possession of drugs, paraphernalia, and open containers of alcoholic beverages.
