On 11/28/2022 at 10:42a.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to the area of William Flinn Highway and Wildwood Road Extension for a report of a two-vehicle accident with unknown injuries. It was reported the accident was head on style with vehicles needing towed. The responding officers observed two vehicles in the intersection with heavy damage to both vehicles. The accident was said to have occurred when the operator of one vehicle failed to stop at a steady red traffic signal which resulted in a collision with a vehicle that was proceeding through a green traffic light. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene.
