On 12/26/2022 at 12:09 p.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Chablis Court for a fire alarm. While checking the residence, Fire units observed what appeared to be a large active water condition within main level of the home. It appeared as if a pipe had burst on the third floor of the home and had caused a large amount of water to flow through the ceiling to the living room below. Due to the sheer amount of water continuously flowing, the condition then continued through the living room floor and walls and into the basement level below. Fire units were able to shut off the water at the main and turn off the breaker for the associated electrical outlets effected.
