On 01/06/2023 at 9:05 a.m., Hampton Township Police responded to Ferguson Road for a vehicle on fire. Upon arrival, officers located a large Waste Management garbage truck that was heavily smoking and a large pile of trash sitting in the middle of the parking lot fully engulfed. Peebles VFD was notified and arrived on scene. They were able to put the trash fire out and extinguished the fire within the back of the truck.
