On January 25, 2015 at 1:51 AM a vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation on Rt. 8 near Duncan Ave. The driver was identified and it was determined that he did not have a driver's license and he did not have permission to be driving the vehicle. The driver and the passenger were arrested and transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
