On April 9, 2024, Hampton Township Officers were dispatched to Dunkin Donuts, 5161 William Flinn Highway, for a two vehicle crash.
The operator of unit 1 was traveling south on William Flinn Highway in the curb lane when the vehicle in front of them quickly changed lanes from the curb lane to the passing lane, due to Unit 2 making a right hand turn into Dunkin Donuts. Unable to stop in time Unit 1 struck the rear of Unit 2.
One operator was transported to Passavant Hospital for evaluation. Unit 1 sustained heavy front end damage and was towed from the scene by Leo's Towing. Unit 2 had minor rear end damage and did not require a tow.
