As you are aware, Waste Management collects yard waste, including leaves in paper biodegradable bags, the 3rd full week of each month, April through November.
The Township recognizes that for most property owners, storing leaf bags for once a month collection can be very difficult. This being the case, Township Community Services/Road Crews will be collecting leaf bags only (in paper biodegradable bags) beginning Monday, October 28th, through Friday, November 29th. (This collection will take place on the off weeks that Waste Management does not collect yard waste). PLEASE PLACE YOUR LEAF BAGS AT THE CURB BY 6:00 AM THE MORNING OF YOUR NORMAL GARBAGE/RECYCLING DAY; our crews will be by to collect them as soon as possible.
