On 7/26/25, Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Harts Run Road for a report of a male in a vehicle passed out behind the wheel. The first Officer on scene located the male still inside the vehicle, appearing unconscious. After waking the driver, he appeared disoriented, had slurred speech and smelled of alcohol.
Field Sobriety testing was attempted but terminated by Officers due to the safety concerns of the individual injuring himself due to being highly intoxicated. Chemical testing was refused, and the driver was subsequently placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.
