[ARCHIVED] Winter Storm Update - 1/26/2026 - 11:50 am

Thank you for your continued patience as we navigate through this winter storm event.  Our Public Works crew has been out since 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning plowing roads, focusing on hills and intersections.

Now that the storm has passed (fingers crossed!!), their focus has shifted to roadway cleanup that includes plowing and salting all roads.  It is possible that clearing of the roads will take a few days.

We recognize there is a great deal of snow blocking driveways and mailboxes.  Because of the volume of snow that we experienced in our area, our crews have no alternatives for the placement of snow.  The Public Works Department will not be able to clear driveway entrances or mailboxes.  If you cannot clear your driveway entrance or in front of your mailbox, please consider calling a private contractor or a willing neighbor.

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this storm and cleanup...it is much appreciated!!
