On 2/9/2026, Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Laurel Oak Drive. The caller reported that the roof collapsed and water was spraying from the ceiling. Hampton Fire Units were on scene and were able to turn the water off at the shutoff valve. The ceiling in the kitchen had collapsed from what appeared to be a burst water pipe. The basement ceiling had also collapsed and there was significant water damage. All utilities were shut off at the residence by Hampton Fire.
