On September 3 at 2:35 AM, Police were traveling north on Route 8 just past Duncan Avenue when they observed a vehicle unable to maintain a lane of travel. The vehicle made a right hand turn onto Clearview Road, and when doing so, entered into the oncoming lane of travel. A traffic stop was initiated and the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges to be filed.
