On August 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Hampton Township Police received a credit card fraud report. The complainant stated that upon attempting to use their credit card on a basic purchase, they were advised that the card had been canceled. After looking into the matter, it was discovered that the card was canceled and a new one had been sent to an unfamiliar address. The credit card was canceled, the complainant was provided with an identity theft work sheet, and was advised to contact the appropriate agencies.
