On September 11, at 12:39 AM, Police made a traffic stop for a vehicle speeding on Harts Run Road near the First Commonwealth Bank. The Police observed suspected marijuana in plain view on the floor of the vehicle. Police then searched the car and found fourteen partially burned marijuana cigarettes in the ashtray. Charges will be filed.
