On October 2, at 3:44 PM, Police responded to the parking lot of Wendy's Restaurant for a report of an unresponsive male inside of a vehicle. Police were able to wake the male sitting in the driver's seat with the engine running. The driver was found to be under the influence of a prescription drug.
