On July 13, 2016 at 1:04 p.m., Hampton Township officers were dispatched to the area of Route 8, near Duncan Avenue, for an erratic driver that was reported to 911. A Hampton Township officer located the vehicle in question and observed a traffic violation. Upon initiating a traffic stop, the operator showed signs of drug impairment and was subsequently placed under arrest for DUI.
